Free until 24 hours before pick-up. Genuinely free — the whole amount, back to source.
The window
- More than 24 hours before pick-up: full refund, including the deposit, back to your original payment method.
- Within 24 hours: we retain one day's rental. Everything else, including the deposit, is refunded.
- After pick-up: we refund unused days beyond the first, less nothing.
If we cancel
- If a vehicle becomes unavailable, we will move you to an equivalent or better car at no extra cost. That is the first option we will always try.
- If we genuinely cannot, you get a full refund plus ₹2,000 towards alternative transport — because a cancelled car in a city you have flown into is our failure, not a neutral event.
- This applies to partner vehicles exactly as it applies to our own.
Weddings and multi-car bookings
- Swap or remove individual vehicles up to 48 hours before, at no charge, because wedding numbers move.
- Cancelling an entire multi-car booking follows the standard window above.
