What's included, and what isn't
The price you see when you search is the price you pay at the counter. Here is exactly what sits inside it.
How and when you pay
- Reserving online costs nothing. We hold the car and you pay when you collect it.
- At the counter you pay the rental plus a refundable deposit, by UPI or in cash. Both amounts are shown to you before you reserve, and neither changes on the day.
- You get a GST invoice for the rental and a written receipt for the deposit. Ask for both — always, everywhere, not just with us.
Included in every booking
- The vehicle for your booked dates, with a full tank at handover.
- GST, at the rate applicable to your booking type. Self-drive rentals are taxed at 18% under SAC 9973; chauffeur-driven bookings at 5% under SAC 9966.
- Comprehensive commercial insurance and a valid permit on every vehicle.
- Your included kilometre allowance, shown on the car before you book.
- 24×7 roadside assistance anywhere in Rajasthan.
Charged only if you use it
- Kilometres beyond your allowance, at the per-kilometre rate shown on the vehicle page before you booked. Never a different rate afterwards.
- Fuel. You get the car full and return it full. If you return it short we charge the fuel at pump price plus nothing — we do not mark it up.
- Delivery outside Udaipur city limits, quoted before you confirm.
- Traffic fines incurred during your rental, forwarded to you with the challan reference.
Things we will never charge you
- A platform fee, convenience fee, or booking fee of any kind.
- A cleaning charge for ordinary use. If you have been off-road in the monsoon, we will still just clean it.
- A late-return fee within the first 59 minutes. After that, hourly at 1/8 of the day rate.
- Anything that was not on the screen when you paid.
