How was it, honestly?

Including the parts that were not good. We would rather carry a 3-star review that tells someone the truth about a car than a page of praise that tells them nothing.

Both are on your booking confirmation. We ask for them because a review here can only come from someone who actually took the trip.

How reviews work here

  • Only from a real booking. There is no way to leave a review without a booking reference and the email on it. No import, no bulk upload, nothing bought.
  • Only after the trip. The window opens when the car comes back and closes 60 days later. One review per trip — the database enforces that, not a policy.
  • Moderated for abuse, not for score. We remove personal details and abuse. We do not remove low ratings, and the star average on a car is computed from published reviews and nothing else.
  • We may reply in public. If something went wrong, our answer sits under your review where the next person can read both.
